- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent when your order is shipped.
Shipping Areas
- We currently ship nationwide within Pakistan.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days.
- Remote or Rural Areas: 4–7 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or national holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery location. Orders within Karachi usually have lower shipping costs, while deliveries to other cities and remote areas may incur slightly higher charges.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available nationwide. An additional service fee may apply depending on the courier’s policy and delivery location.
- Free Shipping: Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time. These offers are announced on our homepage or during special campaigns.
Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number and additional information via email or SMS. You will be able to track your package from the courier’s tracking portal.
Delays or Issues
If your order is delayed or has not arrived by the expected time:

- We will liaise with the courier company to expedite the resolution of the issue.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as a result of incorrect shipping information or multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts:
- You will be held accountable for the charges of reshipping.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be made minus the shipping fee originally charged.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your shipment is damaged upon arrival, we ask that you:
- Take clear photos of the exterior of the packaging and the damaged product.
- Contact us within 48 hours at info@shopkleemax.com.
- If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the courier and allow for an investigation. Please allow 7 business days to resolve.
