Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging with all tags intact.
  • To request a return, customers must contact our Customer Support Team and share:
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear product images or unboxing video as proof

Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is initiated by the customer (due to change of mind, size issue, or dislike), the reverse pickup or courier fee will be paid by the customer.
  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong product received, the company will cover the return and replacement costs.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • All damage or defect claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • An unboxing video (from start to end without cuts) is mandatory for any claim regarding damaged, defective, or missing items.
  • Once verified by our Quality Control Team, a replacement will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days at no additional cost.
  • If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are offered only for:
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong product sent
  • Missing items in the parcel
  • For replacements requested due to size or preference, both pickup and delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery along with required proof.

Missing or Incorrect Products

  • Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims must include an unboxing video clearly showing the parcel opening and contents.
  • Once approved, the missing or correct product will be sent within 2 to 3 working days as per the company SOP.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only if:
  • A replacement is not available, or
  • The product cannot be repaired or exchanged.
  • Refunds will be issued within 5 to 7 working days after confirmation via:
  • Only Bank transfer.

Important SOPs & Conditions

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for all claims (damage, missing, or incorrect items).
  • Products returned without video proof will not be accepted.
  • Size or color exchanges depend on stock availability.
  • The company reserves the right to decline any claim not following the above procedures.
